The nine-time All-Star is behind the newly registered entity, 35 Malibu Holdings, LLC, according to property records.
Rebuilt in 2013 on approximately one-quarter of an acre of land, the house has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a private guest suite, a media room, a massage and exercise loft, as well as a library, according to the listing with Susan Monus and Chris Cortazzo of Coldwell Banker.
The home features vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, walls of glass, marble countertops, custom designs and furnishings, according to the listing.
