After being left out by Dortmund for going to a party in Italy in midweek, Gabonese Aubameyang also netted after just four minutes at Hamburg
PIERRE-EMERICK AUBAMEYANG scored FOUR goals including his quickest ever Bundesliga strike on his Borussia Dortmund return this afternoon.
The Gabonese international was suspended by boss Thomas Tuchel and watched their midweek Champions League win against Sporting Lisbon from the stands – but only took four minutes to net on his return away at Hamburg.
But he came back in devastating fashion netting a first half hat-trick before scoring one early in the second period this afternoon.
Aubameyang was left out by Dortmund for “internal reasons” – which was understood to be his decision to make an unsolicited trip to northern Italy for a party with family and friends.
Pictures on Instagram showed the striker partying with friends and family on what appeared to be someone’s birthday.
Tuchel was furious with Aubameyang as he believes he is a player who should be acting as a role model and leader by other members of his inexperienced side.
