Juventus vice-president, Pavel Nedved has described as futile, reports linking Paul Pogba with a return to Turin.
The France midfielder currently plays his football with Manchester United after Juve sold him to the Reds in 2016 for a fee in the region of £89million.
Pogba has had a troubled time at Old Trafford, leading to reports he could return to Juve sooner rather than later. However this has now been dismissed by Nedved, who would like to see Pogba return, but thinks it is unlikely.
“I think Pogba is one of the best players in the world, so it would be wonderful [if he came back], but he is at Manchester [United] and therefore talking about it is futile,” he said.

Juve will be looking to strengthen in the winter transfer window, but again Nedved was not willing to say too much about their potential activity.
“We are alert in the transfer market, but January is a long way away,” Nedved added.
