Michael Carrick, Pep Guardiola and Mikel Arteta are among six managers shortlisted for the 2025/26 Premier League Manager of the Season award.
The Premier League confirmed the nominees on Thursday, with Keith Andrews, Andoni Iraola and Régis Le Bris also making the shortlist.
Fans have until Monday, May 18, to vote for the winner, with the final decision to be determined through a combination of public votes and selections by a panel of football experts.
Carrick leads Man United revival
Carrick earned his nomination after transforming Manchester United’s season following the departure of Ruben Amorim in January.
The former United midfielder took over with the club sitting sixth in the table, but has guided the side into the top three and secured UEFA Champions League qualification.

Under Carrick, United have collected 33 points from 15 league matches, the highest total in the Premier League during that period.
His side has recorded victories over Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.
Carrick has won 10 of his 15 league games in charge, with United scoring 27 goals and conceding 16 during his spell at the helm.
Arteta, Guardiola continue title battle
Arteta was shortlisted after leading Arsenal F.C. through another strong title challenge.
The Spaniard has guided Arsenal to 24 wins in 36 league matches, with the club also reaching its first UEFA Champions League final in 20 years. Arsenal remain in contention for their first Premier League title since the 2003/04 season.
Guardiola, meanwhile, is seeking a sixth Manager of the Season award after another consistent campaign with Manchester City.
City have recorded 23 wins and scored 75 goals in 36 matches this season. Guardiola also claimed the Premier League Manager of the Month award in February and April, taking his total to 13.
Andrews, Iraola, Le Bris rewarded
Andrews was recognised after an impressive first season in charge of Brentford F.C. following Thomas Frank’s departure to Tottenham Hotspur.
The former Blackburn Rovers midfielder has guided Brentford into contention for a top-six finish after notable victories against Manchester United, Liverpool and Aston Villa.
Iraola also made the shortlist after steering AFC Bournemouth into sixth place despite losing several key players across the campaign.
At Sunderland, Le Bris continued his strong work after securing promotion last season. Sunderland remain in contention for a top-half finish and possible European qualification.
The Frenchman also became only the second Sunderland manager to win his first two league matches against rivals Newcastle United F.C
Player, Young Player nominees confirmed
The Premier League also released the shortlist for the Player and Young Player of the Season awards.
Arsenal trio David Raya, Gabriel Magalhães and Declan Rice were nominated alongside Erling Haaland, Antoine Semenyo, Bruno Fernandes, Igor Thiago and Morgan Gibbs-White.
For the Young Player of the Season category, nominees include Kobbie Mainoo, Lewis Hall and Mateus Fernandes.
