Manchester United and Tottenham have made moves to sign Netherlands forward, Crysencio Summerville, 24, from West Ham. (Teamtalk).

Chelsea are monitoring 26-year-old Porto goalkeeper Diogo Costa as they consider moving for the £51m-rated Portugal international. (Mirror).
