Super Eagles’ duo of Eddie Ogenyi Onazi and Mikel Ndubuisi Agu were named in the Turkish Super Liga Team of the Week after both players put up impressive performances for their respective clubs at the weekend.
Onazi, who scored his side’s fourth goal when Trabzonspor trashed Yeni Malatyaspor 4-1, had a game rating of 8.5, completed 88% of his passes, made 3 tackles and scored from his only shot on target.
Mikel Agu, on the other hand, was at his brilliant best as he marshaled the midfield that saw Bursaspor return to winning ways with a slim 1-0 victory over Sivasspor.
Agu had a game rating of 8.7, completing 69%, winning 6 duels, 3 tackles and completed two dribbles.
