Akwa United has emerged the winner of the 2017 Aiteo Cup after defeating Niger Tornadoes 3-2 on penalties in the final played at the Agege Stadium Sunday.
The match has ended goalless after the ninety minutes duration .Both sides had lost many scoring chances during the duration of the match with the eventual winner Akwa United Football Club as a major culprit.
