The Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Nigeria National League (NNL), Lawrence Katken on Monday lauded the quality of all eight clubs participating in the ongoing NNL Super 8 Tournament.
Katken told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja that all the clubs are “good enough’’ to play in the upcoming 2018/2019 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).
“All the clubs, with what we have seen so far, are capable of confronting any opponent in the country’s elite league.
“I am proud of the clubs’ performance at the Super 8 currently taking place in Aba.

“Unlike before, the current form of these clubs is good enough for them to take on any team in NPFL.
“They are likely to displace the so-called bigger clubs already playing in the NPFL. So, those clubs should watch out,’’ Katken said.
He commended the clubs for their hard work and dedication.
