Ahead of the football tournament being held across the state, the All Progressives Congress (APC) Lagos State Chairman’s Cup has officially inaugurated its 30-member Local Organising Committee (LOC) headed by Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa as Chairman.
The Committee, which brings together some of the most respected and active political leaders and public servants in Lagos, is charged with coordinating the maiden edition of the APC Chairman’s Cup, a statewide youth football competition designed to promote unity, talent discovery, and grassroots engagement across the 20 Local Governments (LGs) and 37 Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) in Lagos.
The APC Lagos State Chairman’s Cup will feature Under-18 and Under-20 categories, with cash prizes, awards, and football trips for outstanding teams and players.
From Epe to Badagry, Ikorodu to Surulere, and across the mainland and island, the excitement is building for what promises to be a historic event in Lagos grassroots football.
