MESUT OZIL claims Arsenal are good enough to beat any team in the Premier League.
The Gunners have failed to win the top-flight crown since 2004 but Ozil believes they have enough quality in their ranks to end the drought.
A failure to consistently beat their main title rivals has been an Achilles heel for Arsene Wenger’s side since their ‘Invincibles’ season.
But September’s 3-0 trouncing of Chelsea raised hopes that they will be serious contenders this term.
Ahead of Saturday’s trip to bitter rivals Manchester United, Ozil admitted they have to rack up the wins against their rivals if they are to taste success at the end of the season.
“[We need to] win every game, get as many points as possible and also be successful against the big teams, like we were against Chelsea,” Ozil told Arsenal’s official website.
“We have the quality to beat any team and that’s what we want to show this season.
“You can see that the big clubs at the top have quality, and that we have to win every game because of how tight it is at the top.
“Our goal has to be to look at ourselves.
“If we win the games, we’ll be at the top at the end.”
