Shkodran Mustafi has been an undoubted hit with Arsenal fans since completing a move to the Emirates this summer and supporters fell in love with the defender all over again on Sunday.
The German centre-back has already formed a formidable partnership with Laurent Koscielny at the back for the Gunners since sealing a transfer from Valencia at the end of August.

Unsurprisingly, Mustafi started alongside captain Koscielny for the north London club’s trip to Burnley and the pair were once again imperious in the opening 45 minutes at Turf Moor.
And, midway through the first-half, Mustafi showed that he loves defending so much that he actually practiced his man-marking on referee Craig Pawson.
The 24-year-old World Cup winner felt aggrieved after Pawson failed to penalise Burnley’s forwards for backing in and demonstrated why a foul should have been given.
Pawson failed to see the funny side of Mustafi’s antics, pushing the World Cup winner away before giving him a stern word.
Arsenal fans were absolutely lapping it up, though…
