ARSENE WENGER says Arsenal must keep their feet on the ground after an impressive 6-0 Champions League win over Ludogorets.
Mesut Ozil bagged a second-half hat-trick in between goals from Theo Walcott, Alexis Sanchez and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in a dominant display against the Bulgarian champions at the Emirates.
The win, which sends Wenger’s side top of Group A with three games played, was Arsenal’s sixth on the bounce across all competitions.
But the Frenchman isn’t getting carried away by his side’s impressive form, telling BT Sport: “Our confidence is stronger with every win but we have to keep the vigilance as well, and the urgency to bring that into the next game.
“Let’s not be too quick on the verdict. We have a strong squad and a strong spirit, but you have to take care of it and keep your feet on the ground.
“The only way to win something big is to focus on the next one and work on humility.”
Up next for the Gunners is the visit of Middlesbrough in the Premier League on Saturday.
