Barca have filed a petition against Neymar.

In the statement, Barcelona explain that they have sent all the necessary paperwork to the Spanish FA so that they can take care of the matter.
In the report, the Catalan club demand a payment of 8.5 million euros from the Brazilian for breaching his contract at the Camp Nou: ‘The club demands the sum corresponding to his contract renewal bonus due to a breach of his contract: 8.5 million euros as compensation as well as an additional 10 per cent for the delay’.
They also request PSG assume the charges if the player refuses to pay. They conclude the statement by explaining that Barcelona have decided to report the footballer because Neymar did not see through what was stipulated on his contract.
‘This defence will be carried out always following the established processes and with the competent organisms, without entering verbal disputes with the player’, Barcelona concluded.
