Beach soccer: Nigeria qualify for 2017 World Cup

The Supersand Eagles, on Saturday defeated Morocco 6-1 in one of the semi-finals of the CAF Beach Soccer Nations Cup in Lagos.

Apart from qualifying for the final of the competition, Nigeria have automatically booked a place in the Beach Soccer World Cup that will be hosted in 2017 by the Bahamas.

In the final of the CAF Beach Soccer Nations Cup coming up today, the Supersand Eagles will square up to Senegal, who defeated Egypt 5-2 in the other semi-final.
