BREAKING: Carvajal signs Madrid extension

Dani Carvajal has committed his future to Real Madrid by agreeing a five-year contract until 2022.

Real Madrid have announced full-back Dani Carvajal is the latest player to sign a new contract with the Liga champions.

The 25-year-old, who came through the academy at Real Madrid, re-joined Los Blancos from Bayer Leverkusen in 2013, after spending one succesful season at the Bundesliga side.

Carvajal has signed a five year extension, meaning he will be at the Santiago Bernabeu until the end of the 2021-22 season.

This follows news of Marcelo and Isco signing new long-term deals with the European champions earlier this week.
