BREAKING: Mariam Bolaji wins Nigeria’s first medal in Paralympic games

Mariam Eniola Bolaji has won Team Nigeria’s 1st medal of the Paris 2024 Paralympic games in the Women’s singles SL3 event.

She beat Kozyna Oksana of Ukraine 21-9, 21-9 in the bronze medal match on Monday morning.

Mariam has become the first African to win a medal in para-badminton.
