Gbenga Ogunbote, Ranger FC coach
Rangers International FC Coach, Olugbenga Ogunbote, says he is optimistic of Rangers positive outing in Confederation of African Football (CAF) Confederation Cup.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Rangers International will begin their campaign in the CAF Confederation Cup competition with a home fixture against Ethiopian side, Defence Force S.C., on November 28.
The return leg of the pairing will come up a week later in Addis Ababa.
Ogunbote said on Wednesday in Enugu that the club would put the AITEO and Super Cups behind them and commence intensified training for its continental matches.
“I am positive of a good outing in the CAF Confederation Cup which is our next game.

“The club will be giving 100 per cent focus to the continental engagement starting from today.
“We are urging our teeming fans to continue to believe in us and support us all the way,’’ he said.
According to him, the team needs prayers and good attendance to its matches at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu, or any other stadium in the country.
