Andy Carroll returned to training on Wednesday after apologising to manager David Moyes, Sky Sports News understands.
Carroll was sent home from training on Monday having refused to apologise for leaving the bench and heading down the tunnel during West Ham’s 4-1 defeat by Manchester City on Sunday.
Sky Sports News understands that Carroll has apologised to Moyes and is hoping to play a part as the Hammers head for a crucial match in their relegation fight at Leicester on Saturday.
