Diego Costa and Eden Hazard took the opportunity to show their support for Willian after scoring in Chelsea’s clash with Leicester City.

The Spain international found the net  after just seven minutes by firing past Kasper Schmeichel from close range, while Hazard doubled Chelsea’s lead in the 33rd minute.

And in their celebrations, Costa shaped his fingers to form a ‘W’ in support of Willian, whose mother died earlier this week.

Hazard held up his fingers to show 22 – the Brazilian’s squad number for Chelsea.

Willian missed the clash at Stamford Bridge after he was granted compassionate leave.

Chelsea’s players also wore black armbands as a mark of respect.
