Eagles list okay ―Mikel

Super Eagles’ Captain, Mikel Obi has hailed the list of invited players released by Head Coach, Gernot Rohr on Monday, saying he is happy with it because the players invited have all it takes to deliver for the country in Russia.

The Tianjin Teda star, who spoke exclusively to AOIFootball.com shortly after the release, was made said it was a good one for the country.

“The list is okay to me. It’s a good list and I’m happy with it,” the Eagles captain told AOIFootball.

Mikel has been a regular face in the national team since making his debut in 2006 and he will be gunning for his second World Cup appearance in Russia after missing the 2010 edition in South Africa through injury.
