Adibi, also commended the governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde, for the support he gave to 3SC in the quest to reclaim its original status in the comity of Nigerian football clubs, while urging the governor not to relent so that the team would not have cause to be relegated to the lower division of the Nigerian football league.

He concluded by expressing optimism that with the kind of support the team is enjoying from the state government under the watch of Makinde, 3SC would as soon as possible begin to campaign on the continental scene as it is renowned for in the past years.
