Excitement as FCT FA League final holds July 30

All is set for the much-anticipated grand finale of the Federal Capital Territory Football Association (FCT-FA) League Division One and Division Two finals, scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 30th July 2025, at the Area 3 Pitch, Abuja.

Organised by the FCT FA under the leadership of Alhaji Adam Mouktar Mohammed, the competition has drawn participants and spectators from across the FCT and its environs, showcasing remarkable talent, creativity, and determination in the fields of play.

Speaking ahead of the final, Mouktar Mohammed, while expressing his excitement about the performance of the teams, urged FCT residents to turn out in their numbers and cheer the teams.

“We are proud of the incredible effort and excellence shown by all participants. The final promises to be a thrilling showcase of talent. We urge the residents to come and support the teams, cheer them on, and also experience the display of football artistry.

“The finals will see FHA FC trade tackles with One Touch FC in the first final, while Sporting Dream FC will battle Golden Boys FC in the other.

“The Division Two final kicks off by 1 pm, while Division One kicks off at 3 pm with prize money of N200,000 and N300,000 for the winners respectively.

“The Director of Sports FCT, Luka Istifanus, will grace the finals as the special guest of honour,” he said.
