Super Falcons and Medkila IL goalkeeper, Tochukwu Oluehi has warned that the Falcons must up their game to stand a chance against rivals, Banyana Banyana of South Africa tomorrow in the semifinal clash.
“Falcons are not yet 100% perfect, they have played more of individual than team play and lose ball at will.
“Against South Africa they will be punished as they will latch on the loose balls to launch counter attack.
“Of course, the semifinals clash against South Africa will be tough, South Africa are as tough as Ghana.
“South Africa are mobile and skillful so we must quickly get hold of their past match videos to work out a counter measure to outsmart them.
“I foresee Falcons progressing to the final at the expense of South Africa once they are able to do the needful,” said the former Rivers Angels goaltender.
Nigeria finished the group campaign at the summit on seven points along with runners-up Ghana, but on superior goals and will confront South Africa in tomorrow’s semifinal at Stade Municipal de Limbe, Limbe.
