Florentino Perez travelled to France to meet up with Mbappe’s family

According to ‘Telefoot’, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez had a meeting with Kylian Mbappe’s surroundings, presumably to start negotiating his signing.

The meeting took place after the international fixture between France and England at the Stade de France, on the 13th of June.

The Madrid boss travelled to Paris to meet the Monaco player’s family. An initial approach to guarantee his transfer.

The latest talk at Real Madrid only reinforces that idea. Ronaldo and Bale’s departures would leave an inviting spot to be filled by Mbappe.

But Monaco do not want to let him go. They want to retain him for one more season, but they know that the only way he will stay is if they can build a competitive team.
