Former Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner has signed for Championship side Nottingham Forest on a two-year deal.

He tweeted: “Please welcome Nicklas Bendtner who has joined on a two-year deal.”
Bendtner spent spent nine years with the Gunners, scoring 47 times in 171 appearances during his time in north London.
He also had loan spells at Birmingham and Sunderland during his spell in England, as well as a stint with Italian giants Juventus.
Bendtner moved to Wolfsburg on a permanent deal in 2014, scoring nine goals in 47 outings for the Bundesliga outfit.
Forest have won three and lost two of their first five games of the season, scoring 11 goals but also conceding 11, making them the second-top scorers in the division behind Barnsley, but third-worst defence behind Rotherham and Blackburn.
They sit seventh as they bid to return to the top flight for the first time since their relegation from the Premier League in 1999.
