German coach, Thomas Geist, joins UK-based sports agency as strategic advisor

UK-based football agency, X-TOUCH Sports, has appointed veteran German coach, Thomas Geist, as its Strategic Technical Advisor.

Geist, who has spent more than three decades in European football, is known for his work in player development, having trained over 1,800 players across clubs and academies on the continent.

According to the football agency, his new role will involve providing advisory support in scouting, academy structures, and player development.

He is also expected to facilitate technical exchange between Europe and Africa, particularly as the agency intensifies its operations on the continent.

“Thomas Geist brings the depth of technical expertise and credibility that will accelerate our mission,” said OlaOlu Adedayo, founder of X-TOUCH and a FIFA-licensed agent.

Founded in Southampton, England, X-TOUCH Sports represents both male and female footballers. The agency has recently expanded its activities in Nigeria and across parts of Europe.
