Vandrezzer FC claims of ownership of the duo of Kolawole Adeyemi Daniel and David Oguntunde Mark, have been rubbished by the parent club of the players, Gidado Football Academy.
In a swift reaction to a press release, issued by the Nigeria National League (NNL) side, that the two players, who are currently training with the Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan, ahead of the incoming season, belonged to them, Gidado Football Academy, described such claims as untrue.
Vandrezzer had claimed that both Daniel and Mark had existing contracts with them, saying the players signed three year contract each with them, and therefore remained their bonafide players till 2022, thus describing their stay with 3SC, illegal.
However, in a release made public, Monday evening, the management of Gidado Football Academy, the original owners of the players, came out to clear the air, exonerating 3SC of any foul play regarding the players but accused Vandrezzer of breach of contract.
