ENGINEER Habu Gumel has been re-elected as the President of the Nigeria Olympic Committee (NOC).
Gumel polled 21 votes to defeat another former NOC president, Engineer Sani Ndanusa who polled 19 votes in the election held on Thursday in Jalingo, Taraba State.
