The House of Representatives Ad-hoc Committee on Dispute Between The Super Falcons and the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is set to meet with the leadership of the Federation over the payment issue involving the senior female national football team.
The Falcons’ pay dispute with the NFF dated back to 2021 and it involved outstanding camp and game allowances and Women Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) qualifiers’ match bonuses.
Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee, Honourable Blessing Onuh Onyeche, representing Otukpo/Ohimini Federal Constituency of Benue State, would be presiding over the session which also have Honourables Balele Kurfi, Philip Agbese and other members.
The NFF president, Ibrahim Musa Gusau, is leading the football house delegation and he is ably represented by the General Secretary Dr Mohammed Sanusi.
