Kelechi Iheanacho says he is hoping to score more goals for Leicester after opening his account for the Foxes in their Carabao Cup win over Leeds United on Tuesday.
The Nigeria international has struggled with injuries since his big-money move from Manchester City, but says he has now regained full fitness and hopes to build on his first goal for Leicester City by getting more.
“I’m fully fit now so I’m happy to get my fitness back,” the former Manchester City ace told LCFC TV.
“I’m working really hard in training so we hope for more success to come and no more injuries.
“I’m happy to get my first goal and I hope there are many more to come in the future.”
