I’m not sure of Moses against Swansea ―Conte

Manager of Chelsea, Antonio Conte has said that Nigerian international, Victor Moses could be on duty tomorrow at Stamford Bridge against Swansea in the English Premier League.

Moses who has just returned after missing eight games due to hamstring injury, sat on the bench during last weekend’s 1-1 draw against Liverpool at Anfield.

Conte, however, said through the Blues’ official website that Moses needs time to fit into the squad given the prevailing circumstances.

“Victor Moses is in contention for tomorrow’s {Wednesday} game but I have to make the best decision for the team and every player. For sure Victor is back from a bad injury and he needs a bit of time to find the best physical condition, he is an important player,” said the Italian tactician.

Conte added that benching Moses and other key players at any point in time, remains the only strategy that could help his team at crucial stage of the season.

“The most important thing for us is to have all of our players available because in this period, which is very busy, it will be very important to have rotation.

“November, December and January will be a busy period, we’ve just started it and for this reason I need to rotate and get a good answer from my players,” he said
