Chelsea skipper John Terry is in line to finally make his return from injury for the Blues against West Ham in the EFL Cup on Wednesday night.
Terry has been out of action for six weeks since injuring his ankle in the closing stages of Chelsea’s 2-2 draw at Swansea on September 11.
The 35-year-old former England captain has been an unused substitute in Chelsea’s last two games, but is due to return against the Hammers in Conte’s 3-4-3 formation.
Terry’s injury was originally supposed to keep him out for just 10 days but the centre-back suffered a couple of set-backs which has seen him miss a total of six fixtures.
