Anthony Joshua and Eddie Hearn have been accused by Frank Warren of avoiding a multi-million-pound fight with Deontay Wilder.
A blockbuster heavyweight title unification bout between Joshua and Wilder was in the works before the WBA ordered the former to fight Alexander Povetkin.
The eagerly-anticipated fight between the pair fell through after Joshua’s team allegedly snubbed a £62million offer from Wilder’s representatives.

Warren, like many others, was baffled that the fight didn’t come to fruition and believes it was the result of Joshua and Hearn, the Olympic gold medallist’s promoter, deliberately avoiding the bout.
“The reasons fights don’t happen are, one, money, and two, if they don’t fancy it,” Warren told ESPN.
“If someone guarantees you $80 million (£62million), $50 million (£39million) for the first and $30 million (£24million) for the second that tells me you don’t fancy a fight.

“Lennox Lewis put it in a nutshell the other day. He made some comments about this, and Lennox has no ax to grind with anybody.
“The only reason this fight is not being made is because either Anthony Joshua, or his management or trainers don’t want the fight, otherwise it would be made.”
