Kane could make Burnley return

Harry Kane is on course to make an early return from injury in Tottenham’s Premier League game against Burnley later this month, Mauricio Pochettino says.

The England captain was initially ruled out until March after damaging ankle ligaments against Manchester United on January 13, but is progressing faster than expected with his rehab.

The match against Burnley on February 23 would see Kane return in time for Premier League clashes with Chelsea and Arsenal, as well as Spurs’ Champions League last-16 second leg against Borussia Dortmund.
