Lacazette could be set to make his debut down under.
The French international, who recently completed his move from Lyon for what is believed to be a club-record fee for Arsenal, could be in line to make his debut against Sydney FC on Thursday.
Other players included in the Arsenal squad were fellow new signing Sead Kolasinac and Lacazette’s compatriot Olivier Giroud, who has been linked with a move away from the club this summer.
Alexis Sanchez did not travel, but that’s due to his extended period of leave following his Confederations Cup exploits with Chile rather than any impending tansfer, similary Shkodran Mustafi was also left at home following his involvment with Germany.
Mathieu Debuchy, Carl Jenkinson, Kieran Gibbs and Lucas Perez were all left behind as they seek transfers away form the club, with the latter believed to be in talks with Deportivo La Coruña in his homeland.
The likes of Hector Bellerin, Calum Chambers and Rob Holding have been given extra leave due to their involvement in the U21 European Championship, whilst Jack Wilshere and Gabriel have stayed behind to work on their fitness.
