Leicester owners splash out £11million on brand new super yacht following teams incredible Premier League triumph

Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha is continuing the celebrations with the 116ft vessel that can reach top speeds of 26 knots

LEICESTER CITY’S owners have been splashing the cash again – on a £11million superyacht.

The Foxes shocked the footballing world by going on to win the Premier League last season.

And Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha has now seemingly forked out on a boat that is named after the stadium – The King Power.

The sleek 116ft vessel boasts five luxury overnight cabins as well as being able to achieve top speeds of 26 knots.

Docked at Poole Harbour in Dorset, the yacht is said to have been purchased directly from prestige boat builders Sunseeker and is sure to make waves at the Midlands club.

It’s not the first time the Prem club’s chiefs have blown a load of cash on rewards for their history-making Foxes.

A fleet of the £105,000 royal blue BMWi8s were parked outside the King Power Stadium in August for the players to collect.

But some players had the cars painted a different colour after receiving the gift.

Claudio Ranieiri is currently working with the small amount of players that have not been called away on international duty for their clash with Chelsea.

And the Italian admitted he will have to wait until his stars return to see who will be fit enough to face the Blues.

He said: “The international break is here but how many players will rest with me? Six? Seven? The others go for their international matches.

“Then they come back two or three days before Chelsea. After that, we have the Champions League. I have to think about it.”
