Leicester’ll be better this season ―Ndidi

Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi has revealed that Leicester City will aim to finish high in the fast-approaching 2019-2010 Premier League season.

Ndidi, who was part of Nigeria’s Super Eagles team that won the bronze medal at the Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt, played a key role in ensuring that the Foxes finished 9th last season.

The former Nathans Boys was not part of Leicester’s pre-season fixture due to his AFCON engagement but is still expected to force his way to the starting line up.

“The new season brings great expectations and I want to believe that Leicester City will take further steps above what we achieved last season.

“Not being part of the preseason games makes me feel bad but then, I am happy to be part of the team now.
