England star Harry Maguire is close to signing a new contract with Leicester which comes after Manchester United were looking to bring the defender to Old Trafford this summer.
Leicester and Maguire are in advanced talks over a new deal which is reportedly worth over £750,000 a week according to The Telegraph.
Manchester United were interested in signing the England centre back this summer but failed to bring him in. They were even interested in signing him last summer before a successful World Cup boosted the defenders price tag from £12m to over £65m.
The defender did feature at Old Trafford on the first game of the season for Leicester in a 2-1 defeat and played the full 90 minutes after returning from holiday after the World Cup.

Maguire’s club and international team mate Jamie Vardy recently signed a new four-year deal with The Foxes and the club are reportedly aren’t anticipating any problems with Maguire.
