The tactician has hinted that he would make his technical report for last season available to the Bauchi Elephants soon
Wikki Tourists head coach, Abdu Maikaba has revealed that his technical report for the last league season is ready and would be submitted to the management of the team as soon as possible.
Maikaba’s future has dominated local media reports immediately the season ended when he led Wikki to grab a Caf Confederation Cup ticket and the former Pillars coach has disclosed that he won’t say anything regarding his future until he submits his technical report to the Bauchi side.
He told Goal: “I have my technical report ready now and I will go to Bauchi any moment from now to submit it. It was a very long season but I thank God that he guided the club to pick a continental ticket after the way we narrowly missed it on the final day of the season two seasons ago. I will submit my technical report and then we shall see what will happen.”
Wikki ended the campaign third on the log with 57 points from 36 matches and they and the winners of the Federation Cup will hoist Nigeria’s flag in the second tier African club competition next year.
