Victor Moses sterling performance on Thursday helped Chelsea to a 2-1 win at Burnley in the English Premier League and the Blues captain, Gary Cahill was full of praise for the Nigerian international.
The 2013 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) winner provided an assist in his side’s first goal in the 20th minute, while he churned out the match winner in the 70th minute.
Cahill told the Blues’ official website that Moses aided the victory at Turf Moor.

“He [Moses] was brilliant. He kept the width really well for us, and he managed to get down the side quite often.
“There were a number of players who did very well. We showed the right attitude and character which you have to otherwise you get unstuck at places like these.
“To win away at Turf Moor is very good for us. They have been fantastic this season, a credit to themselves, and they made it tough for us throughout the whole game, but it was a decent performance from us,” he said.
Meanwhile, Moses who was adjudged the Man-of-the Match, believes the result at Turf Moor, serves as a booster for the Blues in their bid to snatch one of the Champions League tickets this season.
“We deserved the three points. Right from the start to the end we showed great character. It’s not an easy place to come and win.
“The most important thing is the three points and hopefully we can keep doing well until the end of the season. We believe in the players we have got collectively and individually. We can’t write ourselves off,” the elated right wing-back told his club’s official website.
