My boy too young for retirement ―Ronaldo’s mum

Real Madrid have been boosted by Cristiano Ronaldo’s return to form since the turn of 2018, and his mother, Dolores Aveiro, has called on the critics who suggested her son should retire at age 33 to try and comment now.

The former Manchester United forward has scored 21 goals in just 13 matches as he puts pressure on Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez in the Pichichi race.

In response to critics of her son, Dolores Aveiro posted an image celebrating the forward’s goalscoring exploits in 2018 with a rather interesting caption.

“Let them now say that Cristiano should retire at 33 years old,” the post read.
