NANPF organises seminar ahead 2018 World Cup

National Association of Nigerian Professional Footballers (NANPF) would organise a seminar on Russia 2018 World Cup.

The theme of the seminar is “Strategising for Super Eagles of Nigeria’s semi-final outing in the Russia 2018 World Cup”.

According to the President of NANPF, Comrade Dahiru Sadi, the seminar is scheduled to hold from February 21 to 24, 2018.

Sadi explained that eminent Nigerians will be expected to present papers on several topics that would help ginger the Super Eagles’ handlers to prepare the team on the road to be the first African side to be in the semi-finals of the tournament.

The ex-international stated that the seminar is one of the ways the footballers’ union have designed to add values to the preparations of the fire-brand Super Eagles towards the 2018 mundial.

“We want to align with the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) and the Super Eagles with the great job they are doing so far.

“We want to contribute intellectually to the team’s preparations. The Eagles need every support, the reason we feel, we should give what we have. We absolutely believe, we shall conquer with good preparations. God knows, we have never been so desperate to have victories upon victories in the past,” Sadi in a statement by the Executive Secretary of NANPF, Comrade Austin Popo.
