Zinedine Zidane has ruled out the possibility of signing PSG superstar Neymar during his reign at Real Madrid as he believes it would disrupt the dressing room.
Neymar has been linked with a sensational return to Spain and is said to have a £198million release clause inserted into his contract.
However despite Real’s top brass wanting a new superstar to lead their side to more success, Zidane is said to be against the signing.
The Frenchman, according to Diario Gol, believes the signing would have a negative impact on Real Madrid’s three-pronged attack of Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema.
Ronaldo is said to have a strong relationship with Neymar, who is already pining for a move away from the French capital, while Bale is continually being linked with a move to Manchester United.
Neymar would risk further upsetting Lionel Messi if he was to join Barcelona’s main rivals after ending his four-year spell at the Nou Camp.
The Brazilian reportedly irked Messi when he posed with Ronaldo during the Best FIFA Awards in October.
A move to Real Madrid could see Messi cut all ties with Neymar as the duo would be involved in tense battles for domestic honours.
Neymar, who joined PSG for a world-record fee of £198m, has scored 11 goals in 13 Ligue 1 games.
He also netted an impressive six goals in six Champions League games for the European heavyweights.
