Popular British professional boxer, Moses Itauma, has said Nigeria is a major part of his identity.
In a chat with Sporting Tribune, the Bet9ja Ambassador said that his coming back to Nigeria will be emotional for him, while expressing happiness to connect with the people, culture and energy.
He noted the significant impact of Nigeria on his life, adding that sharing the moment with his fans would be memorable.
“Coming back to Nigeria and just breathing the Nigerian air is so emotional for me.
“This is a major part of my identity, and I am proud to finally connect with the people, the culture, and the energy that have shaped who I am today.
“Nigeria has always been in my heart, and I can’t wait to share this moment with my fans,” he said.
Speaking also, Chief Executive Officer of Bet9ja, Mr. Ayo Ojoroye, described Moses as the best representative of Nigerian talent and heritage, adding that he is the nation’s source of pride.
Ojoroye expressed readiness to welcome him home as he continues his successful journey in his career.
