Nigeria’s Aruna retains African Championships title

Nigeria’s table tennis champion Aruna Quadri, on Sunday, made history in far away Rades Tunisia, the venue of the African senior table tennis championship after he successfully retained his title.

The win, Sporting Tribune gathered, was a big consolation for Nigerian International after losing a team game to Egypt.

The Nigerian Olympian proved too much to handle for the Egyptian with a comfortable 4-0 win, according to BSNSports report.

The breakdown shows a total domination of the Nigerian star (11-2, 12-10, 11-6, 11-6) and with the victory, Aruna has successfully defended his African Senior Championship title.
