Nigeria’s first FIFA graded Referee, Festus Okubule is dead.
Okubule died on Tuesday at the age of 80 years in a Lagos hospital around 5.50 pm.
According to her first daughter, Sola Taiwo who confirmed the death of the foremost Referee.
