Nnamso Edo completes Enyimba move

Enyimba FC have signed free-kick specialist Nnamso Edo from Akwa United.

The right back was said to be on the verge of a transfer to Enyimba before the commencement of the 2015/16 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season, but the move did not see the light of the day as an agreement was not reached with the seven-time league champions.

“Nnamso is now at Enyimba. This should be a fresh start for him in his career,” a top source at Enyimba told Goal.

“He is excited with the prospect of a new adventure as he seeks to establish himself once again on the local scene.”
