NNL: See why Kogi United sacked all its players

The Management of Kogi United have taken the drastic step of firing its entire playing staff over their abysmal performance in the 2022/23 NNL season.

The development was disclosed to newsmen by Chairman of Kogi United Abdulmalik Isah Dolly in Lokoja.

The sack followed their poor performance in the 2022/23 Nigeria National League (NNL) which saw the team suffer relegation heartbreak.

Abdulmalik however, kept mute on the fate of the coach and other technical crew in the team.

Sporting Tribune reports that Kogi United lost 4-0 away from home to Hypebuzz FC in Abuja.

Kogi United in the last two season have failed to live up to expectations with relegation from the NNL the icing on the cake.
