The Reds progressed to this year’s group stage after a 4-2 win over Hoffenheim sealed a 6-3 aggregate victory.
Klopp’s side will find out who they are set to face when the draw is made in Monaco on Thursday evening.
Liverpool produced a stunning attacking display to ensure their place in the Champions League group stage for just the second time in eight seasons.
It also ensured five English sides will compete in the group stage for the first time,
Liverpool, who are in pot three, will be joined by Chelsea, Tottenham, Manchester City and Manchester United,
The Reds could face Real Madrid or Juventus, both of whom won their domestic leagues last season, whilst pot two contains Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Klopp’s former side Borussia Dortmund.
“We should be there in the Champions League and we are really excited about who we get,” Klopp said.
“There will be a few nice and difficult opponents but no-one, with this atmosphere, wants to get us in the group stage.
“I’m really looking forward to the draw.”
