West Ham United and Bayer Leverkusen have come to an agreement to complete Javier Hernandez’s move to the London Stadium.
Slaven Bilic will finally have his target up front after the Hammers reached an agreement with the Bundesliga side to bring Hernandez to East London.
The 29-year-old will travel to London shortly to finalise personal terms and undergo a medical for West Ham ahead of a move reportedly worth around £13 million.
